The WFF Foundation and WPA Polar Committee is glad to present to your attention the new international Arctic award program "NORTH POLE" (NP).

On diplomas and awards WPA are set off QSO/SWL with North Pole and Polar areas of Arctic regions and Arcktic bases, behind the Northern Polar Circle, included in list of NP Directory.

On page of award program NP: http://www.wff44.org/program/wpa/np/  is possible to familiarize with rules, a directory both other materials and breadboard models of NORTH POLE diplomas and awards. Diplomas of series NORTH POLE are executed on a non-polluting paper that is confirmed by the international certificate FSC-RUS#0001. 

Concerning award program NP it is possible to address to its head of WPA Polar Committee , Nikolay Shapkin, RK1PWA (e-mail: rk1pwa@mail.ru) or to WFF fund: wpa@wff44.org.

We call radio fans of the World who constantly lives in the Arctic regions behind the Arctic circle, to be connected to this program, transferring on air and printing on QSL references on WPA (NP). Thus, you will represent still more interest on air for the world community of HAM's, the interested Polar subjects and promote active development of the NP program.

At present the list of areas (settlements) of NP Directory is not full, and we will be glad to any presented information on the Arctic polar areas and the Arctic bases.
